Refund policy

We want your Aurora gear to work for you. Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.

Once a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit. Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
